Town Houses

Designed by Garth Barnett Design - the development involved the demolition of one freestanding dwelling and construction of two new town houses and landscaping.

The contract value of this development was $2.7 million and took 18 months to complete. The Town houses have been sold twice since completion and the subsequent new owners each engaged our services to undertake minor alterations and additions.
